Staunton Suzuki Studio is a violin and viola school that offers private lessons and specialized classes, led by Jessica Embach Jankauskas. This brand identity included key design elements are the three "growing" violin necks within a water can. The watering can indicates growth, as well as is a major landmark for Staunton, VA.

The project consisted of the logo and brand identity, a print advertisement, and the creation of editable Canva templates for website and social media content.

What started as an off-handed comment and school project, quickly became my most popular and favorite design project. I had design a line of cards for a Graphic Design class, I began considering the purposes for which people gave cards to each other and wondered around the honesty surrounding card-giving. This thought eventually led to the line of Passive Aggressive cards, cards for "when you just can't say it" - for the roommate who won't do their dishes or the relative you forgot to invite. This line of cards contains seven cards and the featured packaging.

This brand concept was created for the Human Resources department of the national organization Year Up. Year Up provides young adults with training and employment opportunities across the United States. Be Well is a blog and newsletter for employee wellness.

For a class project, my graphic design professor handed each student a bar of green soap and tasked us with envision a brand for that soap. The resulting eight-week project was, "Alfalfa", a organic children's soap made with Alfalfa Sprouts, for your sprouts. The project included the initial brand design, a twenty page brand guide, marketing research and strategy, and accompanying packaging design.

New Visions for Public Affairs is a student run academic journal within the School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Delaware. This brand identity fit within the brand guidelines of University of Delaware and to highlight the academic content of the journal.

The Community Action Partnership of Staunton, Waynesboro, and Augusta County administers funding to partner organizations that focus on increasing opportunity and the capacity of the region to attain improved social and economic security. The featured report highlights the funding provided and outcomes attained in 2016. I have gone on to design CAPSAW's 2017 Annual Report available to view here.

As the Director of Business Support and then the Director of Capital of the Staunton Creative Community Fund, I contributed the marketing and branding of the organization. Throughout my two years, I designed educational materials and worksheets, impact reports, more than fifteen one-pagers, course schedules, social media content, and occasionally the giant lightening bolt as a photo prop.

Filament was a theoretical brand concept for a business incubator or community makerspace. The goals of the brand were to indicate illumination and connection.

As a 2015 New Sector Alliance Summer Fellow, I provided marketing and development support to Strong Women, Strong Girls. SWSG supports women and girls through a multi-generational mentoring model in Boston and Pittsburgh. I conducted foundation research, corporate partnership identification, and deigned a host of print and online materials for the organization. These materials included benefit concert promotional materials, greeting card design, a corporate sponsorship pitchdeck, and a number of individual sponsorship and program one-pagers.

Click & Read is an online book club, hosted on Facebook, that build community through a shared interested in books. This brand identity was selected for it's classic appeal, referencing both the bookmark and the "clicking" of a typewriter - and it's reference to the online nature of the book club. This brand identity, including a twenty page brand guide, twenty instagram quote designs, a typographic calendar, and additional promotional materials, was completed for my Studio Art senior thesis at Mary Baldwin University. The project culminated in a gallery show showcasing all the materials.

This thesis additionally was nominated and presented at the Mary Baldwin University 2016 Capstone Festival, for outstanding undergraduate scholarship and work.

These "pick-up line" Valentine's Day cards were my first foray into greeting card design. These cards, with an original water color background, feature cheeky sayings and corny pick-up lines to get everyone in your life to smile.

This project, created in the Spring of 2015, was a a compilation of my photographic work across 2010 to 2015. I designed the layout and then printed and bound the book myself. As it turns out, book binding is an exercise in true patience.

For the 2016 season, I designed the promotional materials for the White Clay Bike Club in Delaware. These included promotion for four different rides along with registration forms and brochures for each design, as well as social media posts for each one.
